Design Team Requirements

DESIGN TEAM CALL!!!

Well, it's that time again! We are looking for six scrapbookers to join us on our design team from January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008.

There will be some changes this year because we have some changes going on at the store. We are sad to announce that after almost six years at Scrapbooking Moments in Time, Dana is leaving us. Last year Dana went back to school to get her teaching degree. She starts student teaching in January. Angela will take over Dana's position of Design Team and Teacher Coordinator. We decided this would be a good time to tweak the design team a bit. Please read the requirements below carefully.

What you need to send us:

• 3 of your best layouts
• 1 other project (this can be a card, mini album, home decor item, etc.)

What you will get in return:
• Every month, you will get one package of product from us. This package will be the Time-Out Club for the following month. Occasionally, we may give you an extra kit for our Special Edition Time to Crop Kit we do for our all day crops.
• You will need to create at least 1 12x12 layout, 1 card, and 1 other project with each kit. Other projects can be any of the following: mini-album, home decor, altered art, or other projects you can do with the products provided. If you would like to create more, that would be great, but we need at least one of each.
• Your layouts will be used in our Time-Out Club Monthly newsletter and hung in the store.
• We will keep your layouts and projects for a minimum of three months.
• You will also get a discount on store purchases while you are on the team.

To apply, send scans or photos of your three layouts and 1 project to Angela at poxycartman@verizon.net. Or you can drop off originals at the store. If dropping them off at the store, please leave attach your name and email address to each layout/project so that we can contact you.

Once we receive your layouts/project, we will send you an email with more information and some questions to answer. If you do not get this email, please contact Angela.

We are taking entries from now until November 24th. We will make our decision the following week and announce winners before December 1st.

Monday: 10 am - 5 pm
Tuesday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm (Snack and Scrap 5 - 11 pm)
Sunday: Noon - 4 pm

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for returns. Only store credit will be issued with a valid receipt.
We will not accepts returns of paper or magazines/books. We will take other items for return, but they must be in their original package and in re-sellable condition.
